ReCharge
The ReCharge Bradford Partnership contributes to
Bradford's success in narrowing the gap between
those that achieve and underachieve, specifically in
contributing to target reductions of the numbers of
young people becoming NEET and to wider strategic
agendas that impact on young people's success. The
2004 Children's Act, the Every Child Matters Agenda
and Youth Matters 2005 focus attention on all
children and young people achieving their potential.
The ReCharge Project delivers services in line with
priorities in the Bradford Sustainable Communities
Strategy.

Shield 5-a-Side Football Tournament 2009
BYDP, in partnership with the Army and JAS
hosted the annual ‘Bradford Community Shield’
football tournament which took place at Trinity
Green, Bradford College. It was a successful day
bringing young people from a variety of areas
together in a fun and interactive way.
Twenty six teams participated in the event.
There was a great atmosphere with teams
responding well towards each other.
The standard of football was high and all of the
finals were close.
